Payment protection

Buyer pays on-platform. Funds are held until inspection + buyer approval.

Inspection report

Serial/IMEI checks, cosmetic grade, functional tests, accessories verification.

Hybrid ops

Assign pickup/inspection to partner or in-house ops per city and availability.
