MVP supports two sale modes per listing: Direct (chat + negotiate) and Assured (inspection + payment protection + delivery in Pune + Mumbai).
Sellers are segmented as Individual or Pro (refurbisher/power seller). Buyers can filter by seller type, verified sellers, and assured-eligible items.
