1) Marketplace modes
Refurbico supports (a) Direct Deal where users transact independently, and (b) Refurbico Assured where Refurbico may coordinate inspection, payment protection, and delivery. The availability of Assured is city- and eligibility-dependent.
2) Eligibility & verification
Seller verification and Assured eligibility are determined by Refurbico based on internal checks (for example: item condition, documentation, risk signals, and city serviceability).
3) User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate listing details, images, and condition information. Fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse may lead to account and listing restrictions.
